Sakib A. Khan, has been selected as an Associate Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. In addition to his business and contracts litigation practice, Sakib advises general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants and owners on construction-related issues. With a B.S. in civil engineering and construction management, Sakib gets up-to-speed on both the technical and legal issues of complex matters quickly, and then formulates an assessment and resolution strategy. He reviews technical reports, advises and directs experts consulting on a case, and applies practical knowledge to interpretation and application of project specifications, conflicts in contract documents, codes, industry standards and regulations.
